      Fukui is known for its cuisine rich in local flavor, thanks to its abundance of seafood and mountain produce.
      It is a general term for "Fukui's side dishes, which are said to be the source of longevity," and is a reference to the fact that Fukui is ranked "number 1 in happiness."We named it "Okozai."
      The Okonomiyaki served at breakfast refers to side dishes such as "Takuan no tano" (boiled pickled radish) and "Suko" (simmered rice), which are made with ingredients from Fukui and cooked using traditional Fukui cooking methods.It is made in households in Fukui and has become a beloved home-cooked dish.
